RETURN POLICY

To begin, I’d like to personally thank you for shopping with Branded K Co! We are so thrilled you chose to shop our smell-goods. Although we DO NOT except returns or exchanges, we understand that on the rare-occasion items can arrive faulty or damaged.  (Read below for more information)

Replacement Requirements:

Returns are NOT accepted unfortunately. If the item/s were damaged in shipping you will have to contact your local delivery provider that the package was shipped through for more help. All orders over one pound have insurance if anything were to occur. Once items leave our facility, they are no longer in our hands. Our items are looked over before sending out.

If anything happens at our fault, we are more than happy to replace your damaged item/s. Please send us an email or message within 48 hours of delivery. If received after the allotted time, a replacement wont be given.
